Primal Play provides a fun, holistic approach for conditioning youth athletes. Your child will receive a customized physical preparation program designed to increase sports performance while focusing on injury prevention.

 

Youth Fitness

Primal Play teaches children to enjoy being active while learning how to move correctly and safely. These skill sets and habits can provide your child with a lifetime of health and wellness!

Speed & Agility Training

Primal Play focuses on building a solid foundation of motor skill and physical development with an emphasis on speed and agility.

Primal Play Sports: Speed & Agility Training

Long term athletic development is the foundation of this program. Children starting at an early age are guided through three stages:

 

Guided Discovery (ages 6-9)

An introductory class where kids are able to start developing fundamental movement patterns and basic fitness concepts in a fun and rewarding environment,

 

Learning Exploration (ages 10-13)

As kids begin to mature and move into adolescence, their motor skill development is the focus.

 

Training with Application (ages 14+)

A more advanced class where kids continue their journey of motor skill and physical development with a focus on proper execution that will set the foundation for a life of good health and physical fitness. Kids are taught the importance of overall health through discussions about nutrition, rest and recovery, mobility and flexibility.
